01 The person
Why it exists.
One of three student builders, with Cheenta Academy. Schools were implementing competency-based learning with worksheets, spreadsheets and grade registers. Filibot puts activity design, classroom assessment and parent communication into one workflow. I designed gamified activities and built the analytics that flag struggling students and suggest learning paths. My dissertation analysed the student dataset behind it, including why absenteeism failed to predict outcomes.
